Aldgate’s Teacher Selection and Interview Process
Aldgate’s initial process involves a first interview with questions directed towards suitable applicants for the position and what the position requires from the teacher, along with relevant information regarding salary, holidays, schools’ requirements and any questions the applicant might have.
Interviews are usually conducted through Zoom, which allows the candidate and the school to get acquainted and discuss any questions relevant to the job.
Our Native English Teachers (NETS) come from diverse English-speaking countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. They all hold university degrees and a 120-hour TESOL/TEFL certificate.
We also employ teachers with an Early Childhood Degree, which is essential as a classroom teacher.
